Qualifications Graduate of Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering , Information Systems, or any related degree. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Applicants who completed ServiceNow courses, electives, capstone projects, or academic programs are highly preferred. Basic knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including application development and workflow automation. Basic programming knowledge in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or similar web technologies. Familiarity with relational databases and SQL concepts. Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and object-oriented programming concepts is an advantage. Knowledge of REST APIs or web services is a plus. Experience with Git or other version control tools is an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Willingness to learn new technologies and continuously develop technical skills. Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a development team.
