About You & the Role Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to build a career in banking operations? As an Operations Assistant (Treasury Operations) , you will play a key role in supporting the accurate processing, validation, and settlement of Fixed Income transactions. This role offers valuable exposure to treasury operations, financial markets transactions, internal controls, and banking processes while working closely with different stakeholders across the organization. What You Will Be Doing Review and validate Fixed Income transactions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with approved processes. Check trade documents and transaction details submitted by business units and partners. Reconcile transactions across internal and external treasury systems. Coordinate with branches, traders, and counterparties to resolve transaction concerns and discrepancies. Prepare trade confirmations, settlement reports, and daily transaction monitoring reports. Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit, reconciliation, and control purposes. Help ensure that all transactions are processed and settled on time while adhering to bank policies and regulatory requirements. What Success Looks Like Transactions are processed accurately, completely, and within agreed timelines. Trade records, confirmations, and supporting documents are well-maintained and audit-ready. Settlement issues and discrepancies are resolved promptly and effectively. Strong compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, and regulatory standards is consistently demonstrated. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a business-related course, Accounting, Finance, or a similar field. Experience through internships, on-the-job training, or prior work exposure is an advantage. Background in Treasury Operations, Finance, or basic Accounting is a plus. Proficient in basic computer applications and comfortable working with data and reports. Fast learner with strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Clear communicator who can work effectively with various stakeholders.
