As an AI/ML Engineer , you will be responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining machine learning models and AI solutions that support the bank’s innovation and transformation initiatives. You will work closely with data scientists, data engineers, technology teams, and business stakeholders to move AI solutions from concept to production while ensuring reliability, scalability, and governance. What You Will Be Doing Develop, train, optimize, and deploy machine learning models for various business use cases. Build and maintain data pipelines, feature engineering workflows, and reusable data assets. Transform research prototypes into production-ready AI solutions. Design and support end-to-end ML pipelines covering data ingestion, training, scoring, and monitoring. Deploy models as APIs, batch processes, or real-time services. Implement testing, monitoring, and performance tracking to ensure model reliability. Collaborate with Data Science, Data Engineering, IT, and business teams throughout the development lifecycle. Maintain technical documentation, model artifacts, and Responsible AI requirements. Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives. Explore emerging AI technologies and contribute ideas that can enhance business value and operational efficiency. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in machine learning engineering, data science, software engineering, or a similar role. Strong Python programming skills. Experience working with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn. Experience with data engineering, feature engineering, and data validation processes. Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. Experience using Git and collaborative development practices. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Nice to Have Experience in banking or financial services. Exposure to MLOps tools and model lifecycle management platforms. Experience with workflow orchestration and automation tools. Knowledge of Responsible AI, explainability, fairness, and governance practices. Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
