What You'll Do

Process Analysis & Automation

  • Analyze existing business processes and identify automation opportunities.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using appropriate tools and technologies.
  • Create and maintain automated workflows, scripts, and system integrations.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable automation solutions.

Workflow Optimization

  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automation processes to ensure reliability, efficiency, and performance.
  • Continuously improve automated workflows and identify opportunities for process enhancement.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives through workflow optimization and automation best practices.

System Integration

  • Support integrations between business applications, platforms, and automation tools.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless data flow and system connectivity.
  • Assist in implementing scalable automation architectures that support business growth.

Documentation & Quality Assurance

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, process maps, user guides, and automation standards.
  • Conduct testing and quality assurance for automation implementations.
  • Ensure automation solutions meet performance, security, and compliance requirements.

User Support & Collaboration

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational needs and automation priorities.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to end users utilizing automated processes.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Technology, and cross-functional teams to drive automation adoption.

Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure automation solutions comply with organizational security, governance, and data privacy standards.
  • Maintain best practices for documentation, version control, and process management.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in process automation, system administration, software development, or a related technical role.
  • Experience developing automation solutions using platforms such as:
  • UiPath
  • Automation Anywhere
  • Blue Prism
  • Microsoft Power Automate
  • Zapier
  • Make (formerly Integromat)
  • Strong understanding of workflow automation, process optimization, and systems integration.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Professional proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, or VBA.
  • Experience integrating cloud-based business applications and APIs.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered automation tools and intelligent workflow solutions.
  • Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives in fast-paced organizations.
  • Knowledge of business process mapping and continuous improvement methodologies.
