What we offer

A direct employment contract with Air In Motion (no temporary agency contracts).
Employment according to the applicable collective labour agreement (CAO) and participation in our pension scheme.
Technical experience is not required. Candidates with experience in logistics or production are also very welcome. We are happy to teach you the technical skills.
Within our team, both Dutch and English are spoken, so international colleagues quickly feel at home.

We are a family business consisting of 6 people.

We work day shifts.

When you work in Ysselsteyn, the working hours are from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

When there is an installation at a customer's location, we usually drive from Ysselsteyn at 7:30 AM, sometimes earlier.

For some jobs -installation or maintenance-, you may be required to stay overnight in a hotel for 1, 2, or more nights. This is due to the travel time to the work location.

Never longer than a week and notified at least 3 months in advance. We work worldwide, the locations we visit ourselves are the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, plus one week per year to the UK for maintenance on dehumidifiers.

Approximately a maximum of 20 overnight stays per year. We work on a project basis, so it is difficult to say which projects/where installations will take place. 80 procent of the work can be done without an overnight stay.

We are a family business and are looking for a serious colleague who can build the dehumidifier themselves, perform installations with colleagues, carry out maintenance at customer sites, and eventually deliver projects independently.

We work under a collective labor agreement (CAO), you accrue pension in the Netherlands, and overtime is paid.

You have 25 vacation days per year, and because we work 40 hours per week, you also accrue 2 hours of time off in lieu, which you can use as vacation days. The collective labor agreement stipulates that full-time work consists of 38 hours of work per week.
