Mechanical Technical Office Senior Engineer

• Oversee the thorough examination of project documents including contracts, drawings, specifications, and BOQs
• Manage the preparation and submission of RFIs and RFPs to project consultants, supervise the creation and distribution of precise shop drawings using Revit, ASD, and AutoCAD
• Prepare and issue shop drawings (using Revit, ASD & AutoCAD) for all allocated tasks.
• lead coordination efforts with various trades to resolve conflicts.
• Follow up material submittal status to be applied on shop drawings.
• provide guidance in conducting preliminary quantity surveys as needed and maintain diligent oversight of material submittal statuses for seamless integration into shop drawings.

HSE Duties

• To adhere and uphold the HSE procedures and policies established by REDCON.
• To refrain from any violations of HSE procedures and policies set forth by REDCON.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil-Architecture – Mechanical - Electrical).

Experience

• 5-7 years of experience.
