Workstudy - Athletics Student Assistant - Donor Relations

Job Duties

• Accommodate development Team in setting up/tearing down Gameday, donor activations in
• Golden Hurricane Champions Fund areas
• Provide excellent customer service to our TU stakeholders at Golden Hurricane Champions Fund activities and premium areas
• Assist development staff with updating contact list of donors and former TU student-athletes.
• Help create Champions Fund membership brochure and other marketing materials
• Other duties as assigned

Required Skills

• Must be flexible with the ability to adapt in a fast pace work environment with meaningful demands and frequent changes
• Previous customer service or retail sales experience; display a genuine desire to help people
• Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively – both verbal and written
• Computer proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and detail oriented
• Ability to work well with others and comfortable taking initiative
