This is a collaborative, analytical, and problem-solving role. You will be expected to manage your own time and communicate status and issues to your manager and team. You can expect to:Record General Ledger transactions to support the month-end close processPerform Balance Sheet reconciliations to support the month-end close processSupport monthly fixed asset and expense report processesPerform operational reporting and financial analysisProvide support for annual financial auditsResearch new accounting pronouncements and standardsAssist in the bi-annual testing of our accounting system upgradesWork within a hybrid model, sometimes at home and sometimes in the officeWork with smart, humble, and supportive peopleWe Look For:The successful candidate possesses the following critical qualifications:Demonstrated experience in a similar role, including General Ledger transactions, Balance Sheet reconciliations, and financial analysisCPA or CPA-candidate strongly preferredExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and writtenAbility to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively to meet tight deadlinesStrong analytical thinking with attention to detailCreative problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to collaborate successfullyExperience with Microsoft Office Suite, including proficiency with ExcelExperience with NetSuite preferredBachelor’s Degree, Accounting or Finance, or comparable experienceLegally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship now or in the futurePariveda Benefits:Transparent and Equitable Salary. The salary range for this position is $59,000 - $64,900 annually.
