About The Role

To organize and deliver technical training programs aimed at equipping the technicians with relevant and updated technical expertise to improve their competence and effectiveness hence contribute to maintaining a professional and efficient image of the After Sales Division

Functional Roles and Responsibilities

Contribute the to the training plan by identifying the gaps and determine the number of targeted training days, the timelines in order to meet the training objectives
Design and present technical programs to ensure that the relevant technical training is provided to serve as a technical resource for programs that are developed and presented locally.
Conduct training programs where principals cannot deliver the on-the-job technical training to ensure internal resources are efficiently utilized.
Attend training courses conducted by the principals and co-ordinate with the Service Divisions to ensure timely participation of the nominated staff in the courses so as to gain product knowledge and skills required to perform the job.
Follow-up consistently and gather feedback from the participants as well as their Supervisors/ Managers to assess the effectiveness of training, its impact on technician’s performance and its’ cost-benefit analysis in order to provide training courses which benefit the technical staff and meet the overall business objectives of the company.
Perform skills testing of applicants to ensure that the new recruits bring in appropriate skills and caliber to ensure that they can be developed to the level of best industry practice
