About The Role

Support management with commercial reporting and market intelligence to drive informed business decisions.
Take an active role in vessel acquisitions and disposals, identifying opportunities and engaging key industry stakeholders.
Work closely with cross functional team (legal, finance, operations, etc) to manage end-to-end sale and purchase transactions, from commercial negotiations through to successful delivery and collection.
Support client engagement, industry events, and marketing activities to expand the Group's market presence and business opportunities.
Minimum 6 months in offshore support vessel (OSV) sales and purchase experience or commercial support experience in similar industry
Minimum diploma in Business or Maritime studies, undergraduates welcome
Excellent spoken and written English skills are essential
Highly organized, resourceful, proactive and meticulous
Proficient in Microsoft Office

Gain firsthand experience in the offshore marine and energy (Oil and Gas and Renewables) sector, working on projects and opportunities across Asia, the Middle East, and other international markets.

Take part in vessel acquisitions and disposals, learning how high-value asset transactions are sourced, evaluated, negotiated, and successfully executed.

Build practical skills in market intelligence, business reporting, and strategic decision-making, while contributing to projects that impact real business outcomes, understanding how commercial commercials are made, from fleet expansion and asset disposal strategies to market entry and business development initiatives.

Work closely with commercial, operations, technical, legal, and finance teams while interacting with shipowners, brokers, shipyards, charterers, and senior management, and developing your professional network while establishing a strong foundation for a future career.
