Apprentice, Sales Support

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Support Apprentice to support day-to-day sales operations. The role will primarily involve OneCRM lead management, basic data management, customer support, and coordination for account statement requests while working with India Higher Education Sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support OneCRM Lead creation, Lead conversion, Opportunity update.
• Assist customers and the sales team with account statement requests.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and maintain data quality.
