About The Role

Repair / overhaul / modification of composite components in the shop and on the aircraft.

Accomplish wet-lay-up, hot-bonding and metal-to-metal bonding repairs
Assist in creating tools and fixtures to accomplish and facilitate repairs
Operate shop tooling/ equipment according to his/her approval and training received on same.
Provide verbal/ written hand over to team members and superiors

Secondary technical education (CATP, DAP or equivalent) or an apprenticeship in a relevant field
Minimum 3 years' experience in composite repairs in aviation
Good understanding of drawings, manuals and repair instructions in English
Fluency in written and spoken English, any other language will be considered as an advantage
Team spirit and good communication skills
Ability to work in team as well as independently
Not afraid to work at height, willing to work shifts
Good computer knowledge: MS Office, TRAX
Willing to learn, mature attitude
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

Full time position, based in Luxembourg
Shift work
Regular and full-time presence required, vacations and other absences to be planned respecting shop needs
Occasional travel may be required
A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection
The successful candidate will have to obtain a valid medical fitness certificate for the job issued by the Company doctor prior to the start of the employment
The position qualifies as safety-sensitive personnel as per EU Regulation 965/2012. The successful candidate will have to be tested for psychoactive substances prior to the start of the employment
