Public Relations Manager

We’re looking for an experienced PR & Communications Manager to lead key client accounts, communication strategies, team performance, and account growth.

This is a leadership role , reporting directly to the CEO. You’ll own some of our most important client relationships and lead the team responsible for delivering high-quality communications work.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage key client relationships and act as their senior communications counterpart.
• Develop communication strategies, positioning, messaging, campaigns, and crisis communication plans.
• Lead and mentor the account and communications team.
• Review and maintain the quality of Arabic, Kurdish, and English communications.
• Manage campaigns, launches, events, and announcements from planning through delivery.
• Oversee timelines, budgets, vendors, reporting, and overall client satisfaction.
• Support the CEO in proposals, pitches, and new business opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

• 5–7 years of experience in PR or communications.
• Proven experience leading client accounts and teams ; agency experience is strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English ; Kurdish is a plus.
• Strong ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Confident in senior client meetings, presentations, and crisis situations.
• Strong understanding of Iraq’s media, cultural, and business landscape .
