About The Role

This role directly contributes to NORCAP’s commitment to strengthening locally led action and increasing the participation, leadership and influence of national actors in humanitarian, development and peacebuilding efforts. NORCAP is partnering with the Alliance of Ukrainian Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) to advance localisation in Ukraine. The Alliance brings together local and national organisations to strengthen their institutional capacity, influence decision-making processes, improve access to resources and funding, and ensure responses remain relevant to the needs of people affected by crisis. Through this partnership, NORCAP supports the growth of a strong civil society sector capable of leading humanitarian, development and peacebuilding initiatives at national and local levels.
