Catering Supervisor

The Estates team are looking for a full-time Catering Supervisor to lead and support the day-to-day delivery of high-quality catering services across retail outlets, events and functions, ensuring consistently excellent standards of customer service, cleanliness, food safety and operational efficiency. The role will involve supervising front-of-house teams, managing staffing and resources, overseeing EPOS, stock, equipment and compliance, and acting as the service lead for events. The successful candidate will bring strong hospitality experience, proven supervisory skills, excellent customer service and the ability to work flexibly and effectively in a busy, dynamic environment.
