About The Role

Join our team as a Directional Drilling Field Specialist and leverage cutting-edge technology to deliver premium directional drilling and downhole services. This hands-on leadership role combines technical expertise with team management, ensuring safe and economical wellsite operations while achieving precise target paths for our valued customers. Roles and Responsibilities Lead and supervise wellsite directional drilling operations to achieve target paths safely and economically Oversee bottom hole assembly (BHA) configuration according to engineering specifications Manage operation, inspection, and maintenance of motors and downhole tools at rig sites Execute Rotary Steerable System (RSS) operations with precision Generate comprehensive daily and final well reports, maintain accurate well profile plots, and provide directional survey data to customers Supervise, mentor, and train directional drilling team members across all experience levels (DD I, DD II, DD III) Collaborate with MWD teams to optimize BHA specifications and engineering parameters Serve as primary communication liaison between wellsite personnel, internal teams, and customer representatives Maintain detailed equipment records for all wellsite tools Support marketing, sales, and promotion of company products and services Enforce all safety protocols, participate in mandatory safety meetings, and demonstrate unwavering commitment to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental standards Skills and Education Minimum 2+ years of directional drilling experience required 2+ years of experience as a Driller or Derrick-hand Hands-on experience with Rotary Steerable tools Comprehensive knowledge of Drilling Systems products and services Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to effectively interact with rig-site personnel at all levels Strong problem-solving abilities with capacity to work independently with minimal supervision Outstanding organizational, troubleshooting, and teamwork skills Positive attitude with high degree of self-discipline and motivation #LI-KP1
