人事ディレクターとして、人事のほか、採用・諸手当・労使関係・研修プログラムなどの取り組みを担当し、ホテルのチームメンバーに対するコンプライアンスの徹底に努めていただきます。また、チームメンバーがブランドの理念を実現する特別なお客様体験を提供できるよう努めると共に、前向きなチーム文化形成を促進してください。人事関係のあらゆる問題について、総支配人および幹部スタッフへの指導やアドバイスを行っていただきます。

Job Summary

As the Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for human resources as well as recruitment, benefits, labor relations, training programs, and other initiatives to ensure compliance for hotel team members. You will also strive to ensure that team members provide an exceptional guest experience that delivers on the brand's philosophy and promotes the formation of a positive team culture. You will provide guidance and advice to the General Manager and executive staff on all HR related issues.
