What You Will Do

• Convert inquiries into confirmed business with confidence and speed
• Manage reservations across phone, email, and online channels
• Upsell and maximize revenue through smart, guest‑focused recommendations
• Ensure accuracy in every booking, amendment, and special request
• Collaborate closely with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams
• Monitor occupancy and forecasts to support business targets
• Prepare weekly reports for senior management
• Identify new sales leads and nurture future business opportunities

• Experience in Reservations, Front Office, or hospitality operations
• Strong communication skills in Turkish & English
