About The Role

Scope of Work

Kent is providing engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services in support of an Aramco capital project. The engagement requires the provision of specialist document control services to establish, maintain, and improve project document management processes and systems throughout the project lifecycle.

The contractor shall independently provide Lead Document Control services to support the successful delivery of project documentation, information management, and document control requirements in accordance with project procedures, EPC execution requirements, and client standards.

The contractor is engaged to deliver defined outcomes and services and shall determine the methodology required to achieve these deliverables, subject to project requirements and applicable client standards.

Key Requirements

The contractor shall independently deliver and maintain a complete, accurate, and auditable document control function for the Aramco EPC project through the effective use of the WRENCH document management system, including the management of project deliverables, document workflows, registers, transmittals, reporting, revision control, document distribution, handover activities, and compliance with project procedures and quality requirements. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring the timely processing, tracking, coordination, and exchange of engineering, procurement, vendor, subcontractor, and construction documentation between Kent, Aramco, and all EPC stakeholders, while proactively identifying and resolving document management issues that could impact project delivery. The individual shall demonstrate significant Lead Document Control experience on major EPC projects, proven expertise in WRENCH, strong knowledge of engineering and construction document management processes, experience managing large volumes of multidisciplinary project documentation, the ability to work autonomously to achieve agreed deliverables, and preferably previous experience supporting Saudi Aramco projects.
