About The Role

Join our shipping and receiving team and use your previous knowledge to help guide the shipping department to success as a Lead in the department. Properly prepare product for shipment according to specifications and/or customer requirements. Transport material internally. Execute standard procedures and assist logistics team to fulfill tasks on time, every time. Provide ideas on how to improve processes in a strong continuous improvement environment. Assist to build a best-in-class service culture by driving positive customer satisfaction. We offer a full benefits package that full-time employees are eligible for on day 1.

JOB DUTIES

Overseeing department functions under the supervisor
Training/coaching employees in the department
Training/coaching employees in the department
Transporting material in the shipping department
Picking and packing orders utilizing an RF scanner
Operating stand-up reach forklift
Ensure zero product delinquency
Focus on continuous improvement
Execute standard procedures
Scheduling workflow

YOU MUST HAVE

2+ years of experience in shipping and receiving
2+ years of experience operating a forklift
1+ years in a lead role
Basic computer skills
