The finance rotational internship provides exposure to the core functions of corporate finance, operations, business development, and administrative departments at Brown & Brown. Your Development & Impact Opportunities

Gain hands-on exposure with corporate finance, business operations and business development functions while building valuable business acumen in risk management and transferable professional skills.
Work closely with finance leaders and business partners to support initiatives that dirve informed financial decision making.
Contribute to projects invovling financing analysis, budgeting and forecasting support, management reporting, variance analysis and data-driven insights.
Partner with operational leaders to evaluate performance, improve processes and support enterprise-wide financial goals.
Support business development by working in partnership with sales leadership to drive growth and expand our client base.
Develop an understanding of the insurance industry, practices and products.
