Broadridge is Growing! We are seeking an experienced Transformation Support Consultant to provide PMO support for a portfolio of strategic business transformation initiatives. This 12-month consulting engagement will establish and maintain the portfolio-management practices required to coordinate multiple workstreams, provide clear leadership visibility, and support delivery of AI initiatives.

The consultant will own the transformation portfolio tracker, milestone and value reporting, action log, decision log, risk and dependency management, and governance materials. The successful candidate will bring deep PMO experience, strong executive communication skills, a disciplined approach to portfolio management, and the ability to help cross-functional teams maintain momentum and accountability in a complex transformation environment.

Work Mode: We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be coming into our New York office 2 days a week and given the flexibility to work remotely the rest of the time.

Job Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain a centralized transformation portfolio tracker covering all initiatives, workstreams, milestones, owners, status, dependencies, risks, decisions, actions, and expected value.
  • Maintain integrated program plans and milestone reporting across initiatives, providing a reliable view of overall portfolio health and delivery progress.
  • Coordinate with workstream / initiative owners, functional leaders, and project teams to collect updates, validate status, identify changes, and ensure reporting is current and accurate.
  • Maintain a structured action log, decision log, and RAID log; facilitate mitigation planning and timely escalation of material concerns.
  • Prepare concise executive reporting, including portfolio dashboards, milestone views, value reporting, risk summaries, decision requests, and governance materials.
  • Coordinate governance meetings and working sessions, including agenda development, pre-read preparation, meeting facilitation support, decision capture, action follow-up, and meeting documentation.
  • Ensure documentation, reporting, and governance practices are clear, sustainable, and suitable for transition to an internal owner at the end of the engagement.

Qualifications

  • Self-starter with strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through, able to take direction, manage multiple priorities, and proactively drive assigned work forward.
  • PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Scrum or comparable program-management and change-management credentials is highly valued.
  • Experience supporting revenue-growth, operational-efficiency, process-redesign, service-transformation, technology, automation, or AI-enabled initiatives.
  • Experience with portfolio-management, workflow, reporting, and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Power BI, Confluence, or similar platforms.
  • Experience developing governance materials for executive steering committees or transformation leadership teams.

Hourly range $60-75/hr

Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
