- Moonee Valley City Council is seeking enthusiastic, passionate, and experienced Casual Early Childhood Educators to join the Early Years Services team.

Employment Type
This is an On Call Casual opportunity between Monday to Friday and across all shifts.
You will be available for work 3 – 5 days per week.
As a Casual Early Childhood Educator, you will bring at least 2 years' experience in permanent or casual educator roles, reliability, flexibility and an enjoyment for inspiring and nurturing young minds.
You will also demonstrate the ability to build strong relationships with children, families and educators.

Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times
Facilitate learning experiences for all children
Assist in the observation and evaluation of children's individual strengths, interests and preferences
Be part of a collaborative teaching and interactive learning environment
Key skills and requirements
- Must hold an ACECQA recognised Bachelor Degree or higher
- Experience implementing age specific programs and routines
- An approved Working with Children Check
Current Asthma, Anaphylaxis and First Aid Certificates
- Current Protecting Children – Mandatory Reporting Certificate
- Registration with and/or completion of National Child Safety Training (prior to August 27, 2026)
