About The Role
You will report directly to our Senior Mfg Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Juarez, Mexico location on an on-site work schedule.
In this role, you will impact manufacturing productivity and product quality by providing technical support, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring adherence to engineering standards and best practices.

- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the maintenance team
- Support the implementation of maintenance processes and procedures
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth maintenance activities
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance efficiency and quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize maintenance schedules and resource allocation
- Daily work assignments are completed on time and no rework is required.
- Maintain and repair all assets to ensure their proper operating condition
- Document maintenance tasks and submit maintenance reports
- Setup and maintain work cells in accordance with 5S principles.
- Manage maintenance schedule priorities and independently tracking inventory of spare parts while executing work to meet company deliverables
- Carry out down time analysis related to PTH machines (Wave Solder, Conformal Coating, Router, Conveyors, PCB Washer)
YOU MUST HAVE
- 5+ years of experience in maintenance or a similar role
- Strong technical knowledge and expertise in maintenance processes
- Experience of PTH Equipment (Wave Solder, Selective Solder, PVA – Conformal Coating, PCB Cutter – Router, Conveyors, PCB Washer machines), PLC Programming
- Basic knowledge in PLC
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance techniques
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software • Leadership and team management skills
- Continuous improvement mindset
NICE TO HAVE
- Advanced degree in Engineering or Manufacturing Technology
- Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of automation and robotics in manufacturing processes
