DESCRIPTION: As a Product Marketing Specialist at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will support the growth and commercial success of the Autoimmunity and NIOX portfolios in Korea. This role combines product management, market development, commercial support, and marketing operations, working closely with Sales, Technical Service, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, Supply Chain, and regional/global teams. Marketing Operations & Commercial Support Support annual business planning, product sales strategies, market analysis, and action plan development for assigned portfolios. Prepare and deliver Business Reviews, KPI updates, sales analysis, forecasts, strategy updates, and other business reporting requested by local and global stakeholders. Manage product pricing activities including price list maintenance, new price setup, price adjustments, and margin review in collaboration with Finance and Sales. Monitor inventory levels, safety stock, product expiry, and supply risks, and coordinate with Supply Chain and Sales to maintain appropriate product availability. Support annual marketing budget planning, quarterly budget tracking, and execution of marketing activities. Maintain and update product marketing materials, including brochures, catalogs, presentations, and other customer-facing content. Monitor competitor products, pricing, regulatory status, and market trends and share relevant insights internally. Support customer seminars, distributor training, congress activities, and other demand-generation initiatives as needed. Autoimmunity / EliA Product Management Manage day-to-day product operations for the Autoimmunity portfolio, including demand planning, inventory management, product availability, and lifecycle-related activities. Coordinate product ordering and stock management for key Autoimmunity products and controls, taking forecast, lead time, expiry, and customer demand into consideration. Support product registrations, regulatory updates, IVDR-related activities, and new product introduction projects in collaboration with Regulatory Affairs and regional/global teams. Develop business cases and support commercialization plans for new products and portfolio expansion opportunities. Support competitive evaluations, customer visits, reference-site development, and market introduction activities. Plan and execute Autoimmunity-focused congresses, seminars, customer education, and other marketing activities, including collaboration with other Thermo Fisher businesses where applicable. Build relationships with customers, laboratory professionals, clinicians, and Key Opinion Leaders to gather market insights and support business growth. NIOX Product Management Manage the Korea NIOX portfolio, including NIOX VERO lifecycle management, inventory planning, pre-order management, demand forecasting, and sales monitoring. Coordinate regular product forecasts, purchase planning, inventory reviews, and supply activities with Sales, Supply Chain, Procurement, and NIOX headquarters. Monitor sell-in/sell-out performance, distributor activities, installation base, and market developments to identify opportunities and risks. Support customer, distributor, and KOL engagement, including product inquiries, product demonstrations, troubleshooting coordination, and follow-up. Manage NIOX headquarters communication and regular business reviews, including commercial updates, forecasts, product issues, and market opportunities. Support product complaints and technical inquiries by coordinating with NIOX Technical Support and relevant internal teams. Lead or coordinate local launch activities for new NIOX products, including regulatory preparation, product transition planning, and cross-functional launch execution. Support the Korea launch and lifecycle transition from NIOX VERO to NIOX PRO, including coordination of regulatory activities, local testing requirements, supply readiness, and commercialization plans. Cross-functional Collaboration Work collaboratively across Sales, Technical Service, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Legal, and regional/global teams to ensure timely execution of business priorities. Translate market needs, customer insights, and business data into actionable plans and follow through on execution. Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail and accountability for deliverables. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, Medical Laboratory Science, Biomedical Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in product marketing, commercial, or related roles within the life sciences, healthcare, IVD, or medical device industry. Experience in diagnostics, laboratory medicine, Autoimmunity, Immunology, or respiratory diagnostics is preferred. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data, market information, forecasts, and business metrics. Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Finance, and regional/global stakeholders. Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to build effective relationships with customers, Key Opinion Leaders, distributors, and internal stakeholders. Strong English and Korean communication skills. Proactive, self-directed, and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel as required, up to approximately 25%.
