About the role Work Location : Bella Vista, Sydney, Australia Reporting To : Marketing Director As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will help shape the future growth of Kerry and our customers. Working at the intersection of consumers, categories, brands and innovation, you will identify growth opportunities, build compelling commercial recommendations and help bring new products, platforms and solutions to market. You will partner with some of ANZ's leading retail, foodservice and QSR brands, helping them identify what's next for their categories, menus and consumers. By combining insight, strategy and Kerry's unique capabilities, you will turn opportunities into innovation pipelines, customer partnerships and commercial growth. Importantly, you will play a key role in helping shape the innovation pipelines and growth agendas of both Kerry and our customers, influencing where to play, what to priorities and how to create long-term value. This is a highly visible role that partners closely with Commercial and RD&A and combines the best of insights, innovation, strategy and customer engagement. It is ideal for someone who enjoys influencing decisions, building powerful stories and creating value through innovation. Key responsibilities Identify Growth Opportunities • Identify consumer, category and customer opportunities that can drive growth for Kerry and our customers. • Develop a clear point of view on emerging trends, market dynamics and future growth opportunities. • Assess opportunities based on customer value, strategic fit and commercial potential. • Help shape customer growth agendas and innovation pipelines. Build Growth Strategies and Stories • Turn insights into clear growth strategies, customer recommendations and compelling commercial stories. • Connect Kerry's ingredients, technologies and capabilities to customer needs and market opportunities. • Develop growth platforms and customer narratives that position Kerry as a trusted innovation and growth partner. • Engage and influence internal and customer stakeholders through insight-led thinking and recommendations. Drive Customer Engagement and Market Activation • Partner with customers to identify growth opportunities and future innovation needs. • Lead strategic campaigns, thought leadership and market activation initiatives that strengthen Kerry's market presence. • Build strong customer relationships and reinforce Kerry's position as the partner of choice for growth and innovation. Convert Opportunities into Commercial Outcomes • Partner with Commercial, RD&A and cross-functional teams to progress opportunities from idea to commercialisation. • Support the development, prioritisation and execution of innovation pipelines. • Contribute to revenue growth, margin expansion and successful project delivery through effective opportunity conversion. Key Success Measures: • Revenue growth and margin opportunities influenced. • Successful commercialisation of innovation and customer growth initiatives. • Strength of strategic customer relationships and customer engagement. • Quality and impact of growth stories, campaigns and commercial recommendations. • Growth pipeline creation and progression. • Effective collaboration across Commercial, RD&A and cross-functional teams. Qualifications and skills • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline. • Experience in category management, brand marketing, innovation, customer strategy or commercial roles within the food, beverage, FMCG or ingredients industry. • Strong understanding of consumers, customers, categories and market dynamics. • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of revenue and margin drivers. • Experience working effectively across Commercial, RD&A and cross-functional teams. • Strong planning, project management and stakeholder management capability.
