Massy Gas Products (Guyana) Ltd is seeking to recruit a results-oriented and proactive Branch Supervisor (Berbice) with strong leadership skills and a commitment to safety, operational excellence and exceptional customer experience.

JOB SUMMARY

Oversee the day-to-day operations and corporate pillars of the business for East Berbice-Corentyne.
Grow market share of the product portfolio.
Cultivate enduring relationships with stakeholders.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Grow the gas portfolio and identify new business opportunities in the assigned routes.
Visit and recommend prospective LPG and Industrial & medical gas customers under the dealership model.
Plan and execute all sales and marketing initiatives.
Prepare and present monthly reports on business performance.
Manage and ensure reconciliation of inventories.
Conduct mentoring, performance reviews, and training of employees .

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Business Management/Diploma in Marketing or equivalent tertiary education.
Previous sales and supervisory experience will be an asset.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Valid Driver’s Licence
