Commerce Tool : CCW, CCW-R,CCW Sub UI ( Must )
Analytics & Reporting : SOWB, Connect Dot, SFDC, Disti WIPS, PSS, Service BO,IB Analytics ( Good to have )
Case Management :Pega, Customer Service Hub & Service Now ( Good to have )
Project Tracking Tools : Microsoft List & Jira ( Good to have )
