Contribute to the production & product delivery to the customer on a given scope (site / region / country etc.). Supervise team(s) covering different activities in Manufacturing Production (eg. operations technicians, maintenance, product compliance etc).

職務内容

Ensure zero accidents within the perimeter, raise safety awareness and ensure compliance with safety instructions.
Manage the production/workshop team, ensuring that employees develop their skills, monitor performance management, organize schedules and lead team meetings.
Ensure the manufacture of medical devices in compliance with manufacturing standards, and efficiently. Regularly monitor and update production indicators.
Ensure compliance with the manufacturing schedule drawn up in conjunction with the Supply Chain and Customer Relations departments.
In liaison with the product quality department, ensure the conformity of manufactured products, report anomalies and implement quality decisions (derogations, etc.).
In liaison with the methods department, ensure that equipment is in good condition and used correctly. Monitor the implementation of the maintenance plan.
In liaison with the warehouse department, ensure that stocks are properly maintained, report any anomalies and take part in inventories. Order consumables for workshop use.
Foster continuous improvement / Projects.
Communicate the objectives related to environmental aspects to its employees and promotes their achievement.

応募資格
Master Degree in Engineering or BAC+3
with 5-7+ years experience
2+ years of experience in Supply Chain
Significant experience in management or team leadership
