Position: Storyline Developer

Location: Noida / Pune

Work Model: Hybrid

Employment Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities

Develop interactive eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline .
Convert storyboards, PPTs, PDFs, and other content into engaging digital learning.
Build interactions, assessments, scenarios, and branching activities.
Apply eLearning accessibility and WCAG standards during development.
Conduct functional and accessibility testing, including keyboard and screen-reader compatibility.
Publish SCORM-compliant courses for LMS deployment.
Collaborate with Instructional Designers, SMEs, Designers, and QA teams.
Maintain and update existing courses as required.

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on Articulate Storyline experience .
Strong eLearning development and interaction-building skills.
Good knowledge of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards .
Experience with keyboard navigation, focus order, alt text, color contrast, captions, and screen-reader accessibility.
Knowledge of SCORM and LMS integration.
Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills.
Articulate Rise experience is an added advantage.
