What You Will Do

• Take full responsibility for pre- and post-contract administration using the FIDIC contract suite.
• Manage high-value Long Lead Equipment (LLE) procurement.
• Evaluate and negotiate complex contract variations.
• Resolve contractor Extension of Time (EOT) claims.
• Safeguard client cash flows through diligent final account closeouts.

What You Will Need

• Minimum 8 years of experience in construction contract management.
• At least 3 years of experience in high-complexity infrastructure or data center projects.
• Mastery of FIDIC contract conditions
• Strong cost procurement skills.
• Understanding of mission-critical engineering systems.
