Inala Hotel is a friendly, bustling local in Brisbane's western suburbs and we're looking for our next hospitality superstar to join the team!
We're looking for Bar & Gaming Attendants who enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to become a true hospitality all-rounder.
You'll work across our Gaming Room, Sports Bar, TAB and Keno , delivering great service and creating a fun and welcoming experience for our guests.

Deliver outstanding food and beverage service
Provide a high level of service to gaming patrons
Work across the Gaming Room, Sports Bar, TAB and Keno
Prepare and serve beverages and assist with bar operations
Provide barista coffee service when required
Process TAB and Keno transactions and assist guests with enquiries
Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations, responsible service requirements and venue procedures
Maintain a clean, safe and well-presented venue
Create a friendly and welcoming experience for every guest
Support the wider Front of House team as required

Holds a current QLD RSA and RSG – essential
Has previous gaming experience – preferred but not essential
Has TAB and Keno knowledge – advantageous
Has excellent customer service and communication skills
Is reliable, responsible and has a strong work ethic
Brings a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Can work confidently in a fast-paced environment
Enjoys working as part of a team
Has flexible availability across a 7-day roster , including days, evenings and weekends
Has valid Australian working rights
