What you’ll be doing

• Keeping the kitchen, equipment and work areas clean and organised
• Washing dishes, pots, pans and kitchen equipment
• Supporting chefs with basic kitchen duties and food preparation
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety
• Helping with deliveries, stock movement and general kitchen duties
• Working as part of a fast-paced team during busy services

What we’re looking for

• A positive, reliable and can-do attitude
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is great, but not essential – we can train the right person
