About The Role

Under the general direction of Supv Therapy Services, performs a variety of office scheduling functions and related tasks as assigned. This position may require floating to other positions within the Healthplex on a short term basis relative to absences, etc.

Shift Details: Full-time, 40 hours weekly, Day shift.

Required Qualifications

2 years General office experience which includes public interaction experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Associate's Degree: From an accredited educational institution.
Upon hire: Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association
Experience with improving customer flow within a hospital or large physician practice.
