Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Lead Change Manager to drive the end-to-end change management, communications, and training strategy for the QMS team’s transition into Nine’s core enterprise systems.
In this 6-month contract role based in North Sydney (hybrid, minimum 3 days onsite), you will lead the rollout across Workday, Chris21, HumanForce, D365, and Concur Expenses. With no dedicated project hypercare team, your core focus will be ensuring seamless operational adoption, accurate pay processing, and minimal business disruption from day one.
Day to day you will
- Lead change impact assessments, maintain risk registers, and build readiness checklists to inform critical "go/no-go" implementation decisions.
- Execute end-to-end communications tailored to diverse audiences, including internal employees and external stakeholders regarding rebranded invoices and updated bank details.
- Draft Order2Cash Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and facilitate end-user training by adapting existing group collateral.
- Design go-live and embed plans while establishing clear escalation pathways to transition inquiries into existing Business Support channels.
Qualifications
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience executing change management programs using Prosci ADKAR methodology within complex, fast-paced environments.
- Prior hands-on experience with ERP, HRIS, Payroll, or Expense system rollouts (Workday, Chris21, HumanForce, D365, or Concur Expenses strongly preferred).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of translating complex technical workflows for audiences from operational staff to C-suite leaders.
- Demonstrated capability in conducting Change Impact Assessments, measuring organizational readiness, and delivering targeted training.
