We're seeking expressions of interest from future-focused finance graduates who are curious, collaborative, and passionate about creating better outcomes for customers, communities and the environment.

As a Finance UrbanGrad, you'll work with teams across the organisation to support decision-making, improve business performance and help ensure we continue to deliver essential services to our communities. You'll thrive if you enjoy solving problems, building relationships and turning information into insights that create value.

About UrbanGrad

UrbanGrad is more than a graduate program - it's a career pathway and the beginning of your career at Urban Utilities.

This is a 12-month graduate program that combines real work experience, development opportunities and mentoring, with an assured ongoing role at Urban Utilities upon successful program completion in January 2028.

Eligibility

To be eligible, you must

Have completed, or be completing , a relevant engineering degree within 24 months of the program commencement date of January 2027
Be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or h ave unrestricted working rights
Access to private transport to travel to our diverse operational locations
