Deine Aufgaben: Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen (IT-Tickets) Analyse von Problemen, Identifikation von Fehlern und Entwicklung von Lösungen Dokumentation der Anfragen und Lösungen Weiterleitung und Abstimmung von Kundenanforderungen mit der Entwicklungsabteilung Aktive Weiterentwicklung deines Produktwissens in verschiedenen Modulen Testen und Dokumentieren neuer Module und Releases Das bringst du mit: Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im ERP-Umfeld oder in der Logistik Fundierte Erfahrung im Bereich Kundensupport Gutes Verständnis für Software und betriebliche Abläufe Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Du hast gerade ein Studium oder eine Ausbildung im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder einer ähnlichen Fachrichtung abgeschlossen?
