As a Housekeeping Attendant, you’re not just ensuring the cleanliness of guest rooms and public area – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day

Keep guest rooms spotless: Clean and tidy assigned rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and performing deep cleaning tasks as needed
Replenish linens and amenities: Replace bed linens, towels, and guest essentials as needed
Manage supplies: Stock, maintain, and transport the housekeeping supply cart daily
Delight our guests: Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously
Manage waste disposal: Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas
Cleaning of pubic area on rotational basis
Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Housekeeping department
Prior housekeeping or room attendant experience preferred, especially in hospitality.
Ability to maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards.
Capable of performing physically demanding tasks (e.g., lifting, bending, standing for long periods).
Courteous and professional when interacting with guests.
Efficient in completing tasks within set timeframes.
Works well with housekeeping and other hotel departments.
Available to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Basic proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.
