As an Acceleration Center - Advisory Finance - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic financial guidance to clients, helping them optimize their financial performance and make informed business decisions. Your expertise will be instrumental in handling financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management, all aimed at driving business growth and profitability. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will focus on developing and implementing strategic financial plans, analyzing financial data, forecasting future trends, and providing recommendations for enhancing financial performance.

As a Manager, you will leverage your leadership skills to motivate, develop, and inspire your team to deliver quality results. You will be responsible for coaching and managing performance to meet client expectations, while identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values meaningfully. Embracing technology and innovation, you will enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients and team members, while upholding professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing strategic financial plans to drive business growth and profitability
  • Analyzing financial data and forecasting future trends to provide actionable recommendations
  • Leading financial budgeting and forecasting processes to optimize financial performance
  • Managing financial risk analysis and balance sheet analysis to support informed decision-making
  • Guiding teams in financial modeling and financial statement modeling to enhance accuracy and insights
  • Presenting financial reports and monitoring key performance indicators to stakeholders
  • Coaching team members and leveraging their strengths to deliver on client expectations
  • Addressing conflicts and engaging in difficult conversations with stakeholders, escalating when necessary
  • Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conduct

What You Must Have

  • A bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field is required
  • At least 6 years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
