As an Oracle Fusion Accounting Hub GL, AP, CM, FAH, AR - Manager, you will specialize in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimize operational efficiency. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will specialize in using and managing the Oracle Financials software, an integrated financial management system that provides tools for managing financial processes, such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management. You will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and maintaining the Oracle Finance system within our Digital Core Modernisation practice.
Responsibilities
- Configuring and implementing Oracle Financials software to optimize financial processes such as general ledger, accounts payable, and cash management
- Analyzing client needs to develop tailored solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support strategic objectives
- Leading teams in the deployment and maintenance of Oracle Finance systems, confirming seamless integration and utilization
- Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and deliver quality outcomes in client engagements
- Managing project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client expectations and timelines
- Utilizing financial management software to monitor and analyze financial trends, providing insights for business process improvement
- Developing skills outside comfort zones and encouraging team members to embrace technology and innovation
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in difficult conversations with stakeholders to uphold professional standards and resolve issues
- Reviewing work to deepen team members' skills and foster continuous improvement in service delivery
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Economics, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Financials or related Oracle ERP Finance Cloud modules
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Financials and Oracle General Ledger
- Utilizing analytical thinking to enhance financial reporting processes
- Managing financial budgeting and forecasting with precision
- Excelling in business process improvement and finance transformation
