As a SAP PMO Manager, you will lead and coordinate large-scale SAP implementation projects, working closely with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to define objectives, develop plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress. Within our Finance Technology - SAP Core ERP practice, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing operational efficiency for clients, analyzing their needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications.

You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will oversee multiple projects, resources, and stakeholders to enable successful delivery of SAP solutions. You will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion, while addressing conflicts or issues and engaging in meaningful conversations with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

Leading SAP implementation projects by coordinating with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams
Developing comprehensive project plans and allocating resources to meet strategic objectives
Monitoring project progress and mitigating risks to facilitate successful delivery of SAP solutions
Utilizing analytical thinking and program management skills to enhance operational efficiency
Overseeing project budgeting, integration, and delivery to align with client expectations
Guiding cross-functional teams in continuous process improvement and agile methodology
Building and maintaining stakeholder relationships to support seamless integration of business applications
Promoting the use of innovative technologies and methodologies within SAP program management
Confirming data integrity and compliance within project management frameworks
Mentoring team members to develop skills and encourage professional growth
