About The Role

Sourcing in quick manner, to negotiate and recommend competitive suppliers based on Purchase Requisition, to get achievement in quality, price, service and technology.
Focus on cost by collection of information, benchmark, negotiation and market study.
Handle Annual Negotiation and fully meet Saving targets.
Ensure to implement material cost reduction strategy following Aptiv Global and Regional strategy.
Implement material localization for China/Korea/India plants, to enhance localization rate and meet localization target by all efforts.
Daily management of documents and contract.
Maintain and develop Supply base best suitable for Aptiv product lines.
Ensure supply chain stable by working with plant PCL to avoid any line down issues.
Manage the interface with other departments.

University graduate or above in engineering/commercial background
Purchasing experience at least 3 to 5 years in international/ Commodity Purchasing
Proficiency in oral, reading and written English, and ability to communicate in Korean of advantage.
Strong sense of responsibility and communication skill.
Flexibility to work across time zones and with different cultures.
