What is Expert Marketing & Administration Procurement?
This position is responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities across Marketing, Advertising, Media, Events, Corporate Services, Administration and other indirect procurement categories. This role requires a commercially smart procurement professional who can understand business requirements, develop effective sourcing strategies, manage competitive procurement processes, negotiate with suppliers, and deliver value through cost optimization, quality, compliance and timely execution.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to convert business requirements into commercially viable sourcing solutions while ensuring adherence to procurement policies and governance.
What does the Expert Marketing & Administration Procurement do?
Key Responsibilities
- Understand business requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to develop effective sourcing strategies for Marketing, Administration and other indirect categories.
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes including RFI, RFQ, RFP, e-auctions, commercial evaluation, negotiation and award recommendations.
- Develop category-specific sourcing strategies and identify opportunities for cost optimization, supplier consolidation and improved commercial terms.
- Manage procurement of marketing and advertising services including media, creative agencies, digital marketing, events, activations, printing and related services.
- Manage administration and corporate service categories such as facilities-related services, office requirements, professional services, travel, events and other assigned indirect categories.
- Conduct market research, supplier benchmarking and commercial analysis to identify competitive pricing and market trends.
- Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers and agencies to achieve the best combination of cost, quality, service levels and contractual terms.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define scopes of work, technical/commercial requirements, evaluation criteria and KPIs.
- Ensure competitive sourcing processes are conducted transparently and in accordance with procurement policies and governance requirements.
- Prepare commercial evaluations, negotiation summaries, award recommendations and management approvals.
- Coordinate with Legal and Contract Management teams for contract development, review and execution.
- Coordinate with Finance and relevant stakeholders for PO issuance, invoicing, payment cycles and resolution of commercial issues.
- Monitor supplier performance against agreed KPIs, SLAs and contractual commitments and support resolution of performance-related issues.
- Maintain strong supplier relationships while ensuring commercial discipline and procurement governance.
- Develop and maintain procurement dashboards, spend analysis and periodic management reports.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and digitalization within indirect procurement.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of market dynamics, supplier landscape and emerging solutions across assigned categories.
- Support annual budgeting, forecasting and procurement planning for assigned categories.
- Ensure procurement documentation, contracts, approvals and sourcing records are maintained in accordance with company policies.

- What are we looking for and what does it require to be the Expert Marketing & Administration Procurement?
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics or a related discipline. MBA/Supply Chain qualification will be an advantage.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Procurement, preferably with strong exposure to Indirect Procurement.
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end sourcing and procurement processes.
- Hands-on experience in Marketing, Administration, Corporate Services or other indirect categories will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of procurement policies, sourcing methodologies, commercial evaluation and supplier management.
- Experience in managing RFPs/RFQs, e-auctions, negotiations and contract finalization.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyze pricing, TCO, cost drivers and market benchmarks.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively with senior internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Strong negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle, SAP or other ERP/procurement systems.
- Familiarity with e-sourcing platforms, spend analytics, dashboards and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously while meeting timelines.
- Strong ownership, attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to challenge requirements constructively and identify commercially sustainable solutions.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.
