About The Role

  • u will join China supply Chain team and base in Yixing, you responsibilities are:

Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) Management

  • Serve as the primary person responsible for the department's safety production, with overall accountability for SHE performance; ensure full compliance with SHE policies, regulations, and systems within the department.
  • Establish and maintain the department's safety production management network; assign qualified safety management personnel.
  • Organize workshop-level and team-level safety and health education for all department employees, including interns and trainees; conduct regular on-the-job safety education activities.
  • Supervise the safe operation practices of outsourced reel-handling personnel and enforce on-site PPE compliance.
  • Develop and manage safety protocols for finished product loading operations within the plant premises.
  • Identify and rectify safety hazards in a timely manner, eliminate potential accident risks, and report to the Plant Director and HSE department.
  • Personally lead investigations into minor incidents and near-misses within the department; participate in investigations of personal injury and equipment failure incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and propose preventive safety measures.
  • In the event of an incident, take immediate actions to prevent escalation, report to superiors or relevant departments promptly, and ensure proper scene preservation and documentation.

Logistics & Supply Chain Planning

  • Track and monitor the completion of production, sales, and inventory plans in accordance with the monthly S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) schedule.
  • Organize and coordinate end-to-end freight transportation operations to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Control and optimize monthly logistics costs through budgeting, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Import/Export & Packaging Management

  • Manage packaging and transportation for both export and domestic optical cable shipments.
  • Organize the full export process — including packaging, transportation, customs declaration, and clearance — to ensure on-time, damage-free delivery to customers.
  • Coordinate related import operations, including processing trade activities.
  • Take overall responsibility for the management and compliance of the Processing Trade Manual (for imported materials).

System & Inventory Management

  • Handle relevant transactions and data maintenance within SAP (logistics, import/export, and inventory modules).
  • Implement inventory control strategies to optimize stock structure, ensure inventory accuracy, and improve turnover efficiency.

Team Management

  • Manage day-to-day team operations and provide guidance to direct reports.
  • In the event of a temporary vacancy in a direct-report position, assume responsibility for all duties of the vacant role and ensure seamless coverage. ​
  • Who we are looking for:
  • Bachelor degree or above, major in international trade or logistics
  • 5 or above logistics management experience, including manufacturing logistics management experience of not less than 3 years, preferably with multinational enterprise experience
  • Familiar with SAP and Office software, familiar with logistics market; Familiar with international procurement and logistics trade processes
  • Excellent business negotiation skills
  • Good communication skills in English
