Responsibilities

  • Coordinate registration and inventory listing activities for raw materials and products across global chemical inventories and regulatory frameworks
  • Monitor and evaluate emerging regulatory requirements and translate them into practical compliance strategies for international markets
  • Ensure regulatory data remains accurate, consistent, and up to date within relevant compliance systems
  • Act as a key contact for internal stakeholders and customers on international chemical regulations including EU REACH, TSCA, IECSC, KKDIK and related frameworks
  • Collaborate with suppliers, authorities and consultants on regulatory registration and compliance initiatives
  • Share expertise through audits, projects and training programs while continuously improving regulatory processes and compliance standards

Qualifications

  • Degree in a relevant scientific discipline or equivalent qualification with a chemistry-related background
  • Experience in chemical regulatory affairs, product compliance or chemicals legislation within industry or consulting, ideally within an international environment
  • Sound knowledge of international chemical regulations and global chemical inventory systems
  • Experience evaluating substances, raw materials or chemical products from a regulatory perspective
  • Knowledge of SAP EHS or comparable product stewardship and compliance system
  • Very good written and spoken German and English language skills
  • Self-driven and structured working style with a strong interest in solving complex regulatory challenges
