Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Responsibilities

Provide exceptional client service and support to a diverse portfolio of corporate banking clients
Assist in the onboarding and maintenance of client accounts, ensuring seamless transactions and compliance with bank policies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance the overall client experience
Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and streamline client interactions
Contribute to the development and implementation of client-centric initiatives and strategies
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in a client-facing role within the banking or financial services industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving, with a keen eye for detail
Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Collaborative mindset and a team player, with a willingness to contribute to cross-functional initiatives
Commitment to providing exceptional client service and a passion for continuous improvement
Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
