Requirements
Fraud Alert / Surveillance
- Timely monitoring of alerts generated by Fraud Monitoring system (Transaction Surveillance) in line with the internal policies of the bank. Review / Analyse the alert and ensure timely and effective disposition of the alerts.
Work closely with stakeholders on Fraud related items
- Work closely with stakeholders including operations, business, compliance, legal, audit and other units on Fraud related items.
Providing support / Assistance for other Fraud monitoring requirements
- Providing support on various requirements like updation of watch lists / caution lists,
- Knowledge and experience in filing of regulatory reports (FMR reporting) etc.
- Assistance to other adhoc Fraud Monitoring related activities like, analysis of thematic studies, Fraud Monitoring related projects and automation.
- Timely monitoring of alerts generated by Fraud monitoring system (Transaction Surveillance) in line with the internal policies of the bank. Review / Analyze the alert and ensure timely and effective disposition of the alerts. Fraud Monitoring Automation to strengthen existing processes and procedures and identification of new process requirements as per regulatory asks. Giving Advisory on Fraud Monitoring related matters to BU/SU and preparing adhoc presentations or MIS as per management routine.
- Well versed with Regulatory and Scheme related guidelines pertaining to Fraud Risk Management and Monitoring.
Job duties and responsibilities
- Review / Analyze the alert and ensure timely and effective disposition of the alerts.
- Regulatory Reportings like FMR and CPFIR.
- Preparation of MIS for Trend Analysis, Escalation, Review, etc
- Fraud Systems Automation to strengthen existing processes and procedures and identification of new process requirements.
- Giving advisory on Fraud and Scam related matters to BU/SU
- Preparing adhoc presentations or MIS as per management routine.
