We’re looking for a Vice President, Product & Technology to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of our platform and products across a large, multi-disciplinary organization spanning Product Management, Design, Engineering, QA, Architecture, and Delivery, while taking advantage of every opportunity created by AI.

This is a senior executive role responsible for defining where the company is going — and ensuring the organization can execute against that vision at scale. You will shape product strategy, guide long-term platform evolution, drive operational excellence, and lead the evolution toward an AI-first approach to software development.

Vice President, Product & Technology

What You’ll Do

Product Vision & Strategy

Define and evolve the company’s product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company objectives and market opportunities
Deeply understand customer needs, market dynamics, competitive trends, and emerging technologies, particularly the opportunities created by AI
Translate strategic priorities into clear product direction and investment decisions
Partner closely with executive leadership on company strategy, growth initiatives, and long-range planning
Champion customer-centric thinking and measurable product outcomes across the organization

Technology Leadership & Execution

Lead end-to-end execution across the Product & Technology organization, building teams and operating models that balance innovation, velocity, quality, and discipline
Establish AI-first software development as a fundamental way of working, embedding AI throughout engineering, product development, testing, and delivery to materially improve productivity, quality, and speed
Drive predictable execution, effective planning and prioritization, and continuous improvement across the product development lifecycle
Ensure technical and architectural decisions support long-term scalability, reliability, maintainability, and business goals

Organizational Leadership

Develop and mentor senior leaders across Product and Technology
Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, continuous learning, and experimentation with new AI-enabled ways of working
Lead the organizational and operating-model changes required to realize the potential of AI-first software development
Communicate vision, priorities, and progress clearly across the organization and serve as a key member of the executive leadership team

What We’re Looking For

Proven executive leadership experience overseeing both Product and Engineering/Technology functions
Track record of defining successful product strategy and delivering complex software products at scale
Demonstrated experience adopting and scaling AI-first software development practices, with a strong point of view on how AI is fundamentally changing how modern software organizations operate
Experience leading large, multi-functional technology organizations through significant growth, transformation, or organizational evolution
Deep understanding of modern software development, product management, platform architecture, and AI-enabled development practices
Strong strategic thinking combined with a pragmatic, execution-oriented mindset
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance long-term innovation with near-term delivery commitments

Nice to Have

Experience in SaaS, platform, or enterprise software environments
Experience in mission-driven, education, civic, or public-sector technology organizations
