Responsibilities

Manage onboarding and smooth integration of new hires
Oversee and monitor the trial period process, including goal setting and evaluation with TLs and PMs
Ensure timely completion and documentation of internal trials
Conduct offboarding for employees who do not pass trials or leave the company (including remote staff)
Foster employee engagement and strengthen company culture
Conduct 1:1 meetings and team health checks to identify risks and improvement areas
Support TLs and PMs in managing low performance and resolving team conflicts
Participate in performance review cycles, motivation programs, and employee development initiatives (hard and soft skills)
High Education
Fluent in English and Russian (spoken and written
Proven experience as HR Generalist, HR BP, or People Partner
Solid background in IT or tech companies (must-have)
Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical abilities
Proactive, structured, and people-oriented mindset
Genuine passion for HR and ability to balance empathy with business acumen
Experience with AI tools will be a plus
