About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Charge Nurse.

Supervise nursing staff and ensure adherence to quality standards , hospital policies, and UAE healthcare regulations.
Develop, implement, and monitor quality improvement initiatives across nursing units.
Conduct audits, performance reviews, and compliance checks for clinical documentation and patient care protocols.
Support accreditation processes (e.g., JCI, DOH, DHA) and maintain readiness for inspections.
Analyze quality indicators and prepare reports for management and regulatory bodies.
Coordinate staff training on quality standards, infection control, and patient safety.
Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Licensure: Valid DHA/DOH/MOH license or eligibility in the UAE.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, including 2 years in a leadership role.
Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
Strong knowledge of clinical governance , quality assurance and risk management .
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
